Hey there! If you are a writer who feels you need practice writing, or even just want to try writing for fun, I have a pretty awesome website to recommend.

Revaliir is a forum-based roleplay website with an active memberbase and lots of friendly and helpful people. Using an original fantasy setting that allows a lot of player freedom for character and story development, Revaliir allows players to create a character from any lot of life and explore the world Revaliir offers with other creative writers. It includes a shopping system, and you earn money by posting to spend on spells, equipment, and other items for your character.

I enjoy Revaliir personally because it allows me to be creative with my characters and have fun interacting with other players and their characters through posts. Forum-based roleplaying has been a reliable creative outlet for me for about ten years, now, and I can say confidently that I am a much better writer for it than I was before I started. So, for me, roleplaying on a site such as Revaliir has been great for improving my writing and enjoying doing it!

Prepare for amazing fights, emotional rollercoasters, romance, betrayal, death, life, magic and sorcery, martial discipline - pretty much anything you might find in a High Fantasy is potentially within Revaliir.

If you're interested in checking it out because you want a new roleplay forum, or want to give it a try for the first time, feel free to follow this link https://revaliir.net/ .

Revaliir also has a discord channel that you can join to interact and plot with other members. It's loads of fun, and I'm sure you'll feel most welcome right off the bat! I hope to see you exploring Revaliir for youself!

Tried it, but apparently django has their debug set to True which makes it impossible for me to actually do anything once I logged in. Get a long list of python bug reports just like we get with Ren'py when trying to get our projects to work. Oh well...

Reaction to below: It's not a matter of timing, it's a setting that has to be altered by the admins apparently.

Odd. You must have hit the site at a bad time. It usually works fine without problems. If you or anyone else runs into this problem in the future, let me know, and I will try to figure it out with the forum's admins.
