Couldn't put this in the Bishoujo forum since it's not about *girls*...
Anyone know anything about the new Yaoi games due to come out from Peach Princess? The PP forum is largely populated by people who go "ew gross" at the very thought. I'm vaguely intrigued by 'Perfect Obedience'
http://www.jastusa.com/Merchant2/mercha ... _Code=yaoi
and would love to find any reviews/comments on the quality of the story (of the original OR the translation when it finally comes out). I dunno where to look for reviews of yaoi stuff...
Anyone know anything about the yaoi games?

I can't really help ya with this, papillon, but I do know that when I was searching thru Jast I found Enzai - Falsely Accused (another yaoi game) to be very interesting...not so much the fact that it's yaoi but the scripting and how it was phrased intrigued me. As far as where to go for info my best guess is to search google for *yaoi*...when I did a check to see there was a fair amount of places to go...maybe http://www.yaoi.sk or something like that might help?

try these
http://www.livejournal.com/community/bl_gamers/ < Live journal community, but it's pretty dead. T_T
http://blgames.ukepile.com/ < /the/ BL resource site, IMHO. If it's out there's a chance she's reviewed it.
Edit - and the art for the above game reminds me a lot of Enzai. Enzai's art didn't do much for me, but this looks like the same style, but better.
Edit Edit - I just remembered that LJ community did have a few full reviews of this.

Actually, this probably *should* go in the B-games forum. Maybe I should have Lemma change its name to stop excluding the Bishounen games out there, since those are actually my favorite kind. XP
If you read "Da Rules," the "no prize" goes to STUPID posts. Yaoi != (does not equal) stupid, even though I don't play the games (or watch the shows, or read the books) myself. Just don't forget to mark your post with an {H} if it's going to talk about those sorts of stuffs.

I don't think I would suggest this for someone who is just a bit curious about yaoi. It sounds a bit hardcore to me, and even if it isn't, then it's probably too rough for some newbies. You might be completely turned-off the idea of whatever this game is about and assume that all yaoi or BL or male/male in general is the same. It's not.
If you're interested in getting started off slow, I would pull Loveless off the shelf at your local bookstore.
If you want to just jump in and hope you aren't frightened to death by a complete overload of boys, try Silver Chaos.
Manga and anime are better if you want something cute, or you want a plot.
The games will give you some half-assed plot and throw in random sex to pique your interest.
(As a disclaimer, I say the above knowing that not every game is how I depicted it. It's just an extreme.)
... Actually, I think you can probably download Silver Chaos off Aarinfantasy somewhere. >w>
Whatever. Completely off topic. ):<

There's a worksafe thread on the My Neoromance forums about BL games: http://forum.my-neoromance.com/index.php?showtopic=1326 It's already up to four pages...
