Yandere boys definitely, not much for Yandere girls. I can't actually think of any major Yandere based boys right now truth be told...
Maybe Accelerator but he's more Yangire then anything else.

Hmm... IRL: I love blue and green eyes, and also the mixture between curly and straight hair. Not too curly to have curls, but not straight... straight? Ah, I also like a beautiful smile :p

Not claiming to be an expert on yandere but from what I understand Harry MacDougal from Outlaw Star seems right. Cute, affectionate, and violent.

Haru from Fruits Basket might count but there is the fact that Black Haru is almost a separate personality and doesn't tend to come out around love interests, unless they are threatened.

Looking back, I can't believe I forgot all about Keisuke from Togainu no Chi.
Also Makoto from Sweet Pool.... Now that I think about, Makoto fits it more then Keisuke does.

I see those two as a big Icon for Yandere Boys. (Well the homosexual side anyway.)

Harry MacDougall's a good one though, I totally forgot about that guy.
