I don't care much for either linked article: one is just a journalist who needs a story. And the other is to be expected from something called the "Australian Christian Lobby." Looks like they were just WAITING for something violent to happen to blame it on video games. This is me rolling my eyes.
Australia already has strict rating standards concerning video games if I remember correctly so Australian Christian Lobby seems to be a double whammy in this case.

In any case, I finally got around to getting Dragon Age: Origins myself... Wow that took a while (and it explains why I haven't been around). But I have to say I'm extremely impressed how much branching there is and how much dialogue's been voiced even for NPCs (wish my Warden could speak though :( ) And I'm amazed at how much the characters touch me and make me feel attached to them. Sort of a double edged sword though. I don't know if I'll pick up Dragon Age 2 later, but maybe when the price goes down.

No, I think it's irony is all. But enough political talk, it ends badly 99% of the time.

Now, back on topic, here is a lovely little glitch I discovered last night while about to sex up Alistair. Mute it if you don't want to hear my horrible fangirl squealing. Really, it's just embarrassing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5RUiCITMMYo

*bumpity bump bump*

I've written a fanfiction! Hip hip hooray. It has Anders, romance, magic, and Cullen. What else do you need? In all seriousness, it's an AU featuring female Amell and Anders. The story begins with the Mage Origin, and goes until... I decide to stop writing ;). I've got about 5 chapters written, so please check it out if you have the time! http://www.fanfiction.net/s/7287862/1/T ... d_Blessing
