X-Japan's about the only JRock group that I listen to. But even that's mostly limited to Endless Rain, Tears and (when I have time :D ) Art of Life.

I'm really fond of L'Arc~en~Ciel, The Pillows and a few selected pieces by Morning Musume. Oh, and I love The Seatbelts, of course, but that coincides with my love of Kanno Yoko's compositions.

X-Japan. I think it's fairly easy to find even in the non-anime-watching crowd, which is more than most other Jgroups can claim.

Then you must either :

A. Strangle and hold your friend hostage until she cracks and lets you listen. Or

B. Go out and buy the Gackt CDs! I recommend the stuff from his Malice Mizer era, then Mizerable, Crescent, MARS, Moon, Rebirth...Ah forget it, just get ALL of his CDs!

*Is currently listening to Kagero*

If there's one thing I take pride in, it's the fact that when I speak Japanese, I sound like Gackt. When I sing, I sound like Gackt. When I sing Gackt, I can both chord and harmonize with him. Just gotta remember the lyrics...
