[sci-fi] Variation on a theme (working title)

A short melancholic slice of post-apocalyptic life. Intended to be a quick demo, although as usual the progress is slightly slower than i'd like.
Most likely, it'll be kinetic one.

Text: 1.3K words out of.. well, i don't really have a specific target, but at this rate it'll unlikely overcome 5K. Plot-wise, there is not much to speak of, it can be wrapped up virtually at any point
Character design: sketches both characters
Backgrounds: 1 sketch / 0 complete / ? total
Music: 1 minute of depression
