Disabling the confirm exit menu
Yeah... Not sure what it's really called, but the menu that appears when you attempt to close via the standard x really bugs me. How do you set it so that it doesn't appear?

Try putting this line in your options.rpy:
config.quit_action = None
config.quit_action = None
