I think wiki would be good enough as long as there's some sort of search facility. CHM seems good too, but definatly have a HTML alternative for ppl who lack the software or don't want to download extra software.

Personally, I like a PDF, as I can print it off and just browse when I'm at lunch, or when I think of something I want to do - just ppick up the manual and have a read !!!!

There's a program called PrimoPDF that lets you print a web page (html I guess) or a Word document into a virtual printer that converts the page into .pdf. I'm not sure how it'll aggregate a snapshot of the wiki, though.

Which works very well for that, but I kinda wish the Wiki had a print-settings style sheet. If you try and print one of the Reference sections, 9/10 of the first page is the side navigation (which should just be obscured for the printout)

If you create an account on the wiki and log in, you can pick "Print View" from the menu. That might help a bit.
