My ren'py games won't work I can't play them HELP

I downloaded a few ren'py games and when I try to play them appears a black screen. I can hear the sounds but I can't see anything.
What should I do? I mention the fact that on my old laptop everything was fine but now they just won't work. I appreciate if someone could help me please.

Do you have DirectX installed?

And can you name the games in which you experienced this error?

And were you able to play the Ren'Py games before?

Well I have directX installed and the games that I can't play are Planets and Lucky rabbit reflex. Yes I was able to play ren'py games on my old laptop but now I have a new one and even if I have installed all the drivers I still can't play them. I have other games that work perfectly such as Fantasia the realm of Thanos and the other one Requiem of the Abyss.

Can you post the opengl.txt or log.txt files those games create?

In the folder where the gane executable is, there will be a text file called log.txt and.or traceback.txt...

Just post the contents of these file here in code tags or just upload the file...

Can you try creating a file named environment.txt in the same directory as renpy.exe. In it, put the line:
