I just wonder if Renpy allow patching (You release a game, and then you offer a patch for others to install and improve their game so that they don't have to download a full game again)? This will help me a lot if i make any mistake in making my games.

Not yet. This is something I plan to add soon - but soon is moving to the right at a rate of nearly one day per day.
