Sorry for being such a newbie but I really have some question about this OTL
I want to make a system that while the mouse touching (not clicking) a button, a place or a image (not the button) will change, and while moving the mouse to the other side or other button, it turn back to normal or the image will change to be others.
Those image are at the same place.
And sorry my English is not good and I don't know how to say it, so I draw a example below and it may makes the question clearer:
I think of using imagemaps or layers (with saved picture) at the first time but seems I want to used this in my save function so it can not be used.
What should I use to build this system and does it possible to build it? How can I build it?

You need to set desireable actions to "hovered" and "unhovered" states of your buttons (or imagemap hotspots). This are examples that will show how it works:
