#1 Post by Friendbot2000 » Wed Nov 14, 2012 3:13 pm

I have been looking everywhere for what version of OpenGL supports and can't seem to find out what the answer is. Does anyone know what version it is?

Right now, Ren'Py looks for things in this order:

- OpenGL 2+ if supported.
- DirectX 9 via ANGLE if supported.
- OpenGL 1.2+ if supported.
- Ren'Py-specific Software rendering.

In the near-ish future, I plan to change that to:

- OpenGL 2+
- DirectX 9 via ANGLE if supported.
- Mesa Software rendering.
