Cursor question/problems! ^^; [Solved, thanks PyTom!]

#1 Post by Chisakura »

Hi, this is practically my first post here. :D And it's a question.

I've just added this code in...

Code: Select all

$ config.mouse = { 'default' : (('heartcursor.png', 0, 0), ('heartcursor.png', 0, 0))
... Under the init and over the start label. If full code is needed from that part, I'll post it. :D Thank you, absinthe, for posting the code for this in the wiki! <3

Here's some screenshots of the "problem" I'm encountering. There just might be something in the script, I'm an newbie. xD This is the main menu! Wait! I made an animation instead!

Here!

Sorry if I gave you epilepsy, it moves pretty much. ^^; But still, it's so smexy! xD

The thing is in words that the cursor can only be seen over the menu (where you choose things) and under the part where the top of the game menu is. Sorry! My english is not good enough to describe things! :'D

Is the cursor supposed to do that?

Miscellanous information:

The game works just fine! The cursor is just... like it is right now. ^^;
My game screen size is at 500x500.
I like Ren'Py. :)

Just ask on! :) Thank you! :D

Which version of Ren'Py is this? IIRC, there was a bug that caused this a while back, but it should be fixed in 6.2.0c.

Side note : neat looking main screen ^.^. But if I can make a little nitpicking: using a regular resolution (640x480, 800x600, ...) will allow people to go full screen, which is nice for immersion.
