How to call or jump to a different file? [SOLVED]

I'm totally new with ren'py (although I have taken a java class before).
And... I can't seem to jump or call files. (I put call in this image, because from what I understand, jump does not go back to the original file)

Please, someone help me figure out what I'm doing wrong!
Is the name of the file supposed to be something in particular?

I can only call or jump labels if it is in the scenes.rpy or the script.rpy (the same file)

This is from the script.rpy file. (I hope it's okay that it's only a portion- it's too long to put the whole thing)

The file extension should be *.rpy
Your file have no extensions.
