Return to Choices?

Hey, i just wanted to ask how i make the game return to the choices after the dialogue?

Example:

First Choice
Second Choice
Third Choice

The player selected the First choice.
(Dialogue to Choice 1)
Now the game should return to the 3 choices.

Give the menu a name and simply jump back to it.
