Texture mapping on top of sprites and background?
I dunno.
I want to apply some texture to the image. In theory it should be in the "overlay". I don't want to applied directly on the image.

If you want to put a texture atop the game you will need to define a new layer and then show the texture on that layer.

But in this case it will be like a normal picture. Just over the image, but not in the "overlay." It's that so?

You can make the image transparent so that the texture looks overlaid on it.

Okay, I'll try it. But I feel that as a result i have to be impose a texture directly on the backgrounds and sprites.

There may be some way to blend it differently, I'm not sure how. Additive blending maybe?

Perhaps. I will check that. Everything was started in order to be able to change the texture depending of the narrative tension...
