Nope. ren'py needs to be able to do deformations (basically pseudo-3d) for this to work, but that functionality is not currently available.

A 360 degree panorama is just a 2D image that wraps around at the edges.
Your example video also uses a (very unrealistic) camera distortion effect which AFAIK can't be done with Ren'Py at the moment.

Well, yes, a 360 degree panorama image IS that, but to display them in the manner intended requires a panorama viewer which typically projects the image onto the sides of a cylinder, sphere or cube surrounding the camera.
If you take a panorama and just display it as an image that wraps around, that won't look very good, because the image is typically warped for display in these viewers.

To embed your video you should use only the final part of the url, after the '=' sign: [ youtube ]peZRlQaUObY[ /youtube ] (I've added spaces to the tags so you could see them).
Don't know if someone has already tried to create a panorama projector using Python or Pygame. SusanTheCat made an interesting demo of a pseudo 3D environment that could give some ideas to venturing Ren'Py/Python programmers: http://lemmasoft.renai.us/forums/viewto ... 53#p199653
