Farming script?

#1 Post by Zalkyria »

Hi I want to try to make a game like Harvest Moon with renpy. The only visual novel that has farming aspect is The Flower Shop. Is there anyone that can help me with the code?

Hello :].

Do you have a specific question or are you looking for someone actually join the project to help with the coding?

If you are looking for someone to help code you should post this to the Recruitment Section of the forum instead of here.

If you have a question you want answered you should probably give a little more detail on what you want. Do you want it exactly like HM with the option to move the character around and everything? Or do you want it just like the Flower Shop? Or do you have your own ideas in mind for how you want the farming to work?

It would be interesting to do it so that the character moves around everything but possibly more liek the farming aspect like Flower Shop for now.

Are you just looking for an animation, or are you looking for some user input to go into it too?

Are you wondering if there is a pre-made farming script out there? If so, the answer is no. Farming systems have to be custom made, graphics and all. If you don't say exactly what you want/have any code you're working with people won't know how to help you. So you still need to add more info ^^;.

If you do specify exactly what you want I'd suggest coming up with some ideas of your own. It wouldn't be good to straight up copy the Flower Shop system ':3.

Again if you want someone else to make the whole system for you, you'd need to go to the recruitment section of the forum.
