[Solved] Pixelated Icon Sizes

Hi,

I just noticed that the icons get pixelated depending on their sizes. When the icon is 256 x 256 px it's perfectly okay when it's view as "Large Icons" in Windows Explorer. But when I put it on the desktop, it get pixelated, as you can see in the screenshot called "icon-pixelated-2.jpg".

But when I reduced the size to 48 x 48 px the icon is not pixelated on the desktop, which is great! But it's small when I view it in Windows Explorer.

Is there a way to use two different icon files, depending on the way it's viewed? It would be great use if the icon can be large in Windows Explorer as well as not pixelated when it's on the desktop.

You should be able to put two images in a single .ico file. (The format supports it, but I'm not all that familiar with user-level tools.)

Thank you! I've tried having many layers and save it as .ico file and it worked!
