RAPT

When I went to download the RAPT I got this error. What does it mean, and how can I fix it?

You have installed Ren'Py in a place that has permission restrictions, as it seems. Try moving your Ren'Py folder to a place where you have unrestricted read/write access.

I moved my ren'py folder to my Desktop and I still have the same error.

Oops. Looking again at the error message I see it looks like a network/permissions related error. Sorry, I can't help in this case.

Are you behind a Proxy?
I get that message when I try to download via the renpy laucher when I'm at work, which is behind a proxy.

I don't use any proxies, and I haven't used any of my VPNs since I for quite a while. What else could it be?
