Build.xml has vanished

I have not worked on the project for a while, and when I began working on it in class. This happened:

I've finished installing the required Android packages.

You've already created an Android keystore, so I won't create a new one for you.

It looks like you're ready to start packaging games.

What's going on?
How did my Build.xml disappear in the first place?
Most importantly, how do I fix this?

This is a weird error. Where do you have Ren'Py installed?

2. Onedrive
3. Locally on my desktop

I have it installed on three places, (because backups) but I first encountered this problem when on the flash drive PyTom. Then I got on my cloud drive to run it from a different place and got this problem.

Did you copy it around, or re-unzip it? You might be copying around the problems.

Yeah I copied it around in hopes that it will somehow fix it. Since the file was missing, I thought I could just rezip ren'py and my Visual novel.
