This means that there's something so wrong with your game that it can't even load the game to check it... Make sure that everything is in order before trying again... If you can't figure it out, try posting your code.

Try reinstalling Editra, bro, to see if it works again.
When you try to launch your game using Ren'Py, what happens? Are you receiving a traceback message? Copy the whole message and post it here, between code tags, so we can try to see what's wrong.

This usually means your computer is slow. Editra seems to have launched, but it probably took longer than the timeout. Now that it's open, you can ignore the message and try again, and things should work.

before i see this error, i receive this massage download/file.php?id=39406&mode=view
and i choose "windows" , after that i can't check my script, i'm already reinstall editra and change to jEdit but nothing. same error.
i'm not receive any traceback bro, please . help me

You can just answer yes to that. I'd suggest converting to \r\n, which is the windows standards.

thanks , done all work oke , no problem, i just open project and see the error and fix it, and now i can open check script again
