This is how I would write what you have...
Try pasting this into your game and testing it through.

A few tips- you don't need to constantly 'hide' and 'show' Saki's sprites. When a new 'Saki ---' is added, the last sprite with the tag 'Saki' is replaced. I tried to take out the unnecessary, but I may have deleted others... Let me know if they act strangely.
Also- remember to call new places with 'scene' rather than 'show'. Calling a new scene will not only clear the screen of sprites, but will clear up a bunch of images you've been layering over each-other. I only replaced a 'show' with 'scene' at the second instance of both the hero and villain scene, in case crowding was causing the villain scene to bug out...
This was a quick edit, so let me know if anything went wrong.

Try pasting this into your game and testing it through.

A few tips- you don't need to constantly 'hide' and 'show' Saki's sprites. When a new 'Saki ---' is added, the last sprite with the tag 'Saki' is replaced. I tried to take out the unnecessary, but I may have deleted others... Let me know if they act strangely.
Also- remember to call new places with 'scene' rather than 'show'. Calling a new scene will not only clear the screen of sprites, but will clear up a bunch of images you've been layering over each-other. I only replaced a 'show' with 'scene' at the second instance of both the hero and villain scene, in case crowding was causing the villain scene to bug out...
This was a quick edit, so let me know if anything went wrong.
OMG it worked im thinking that it was being caused by overcrowding thanks. Doesn't seem to be acting strangely at all.
