rapt renpy-6.99.8 android issue,
replace change icon android-icon.png create apk to phonerun still old one icon,
phone install screen icon is new,
but in phone main screen icon is still old icon(android-icon.png)

Is it that you changed it once and it won't change again, or that it won't change from the default Renpy icon?
If it's the device, try a soft reset, but if it's the package, perhaps delete persistent and re-configure the package, then build it again (be sure that the android-icon.png is in the main folder/base directory, not the 'game' folder).
