I've created a game with renpy, and was active it. But I deleted the original file. Now I want to edit it. What should I do?. (I active to APK)

Do you mean that you build distributions for it and still have those, but deleted the original version that you built from scratch?
(I don't really have an answer, I'm just asking ahead for the people who do know something about coding.)

I apologize if I'm wrong, but if I understood it correctly, he/she is claiming to have created a Ren'Py game, made an android distribution of it and then, for some reason, deleted all the original files...

Lucky for you, Ren'py has automatic backups!
So just find your automatic backups and you have your files! I don't know where they are stored on your computer, so I'd just do a search for the name of one of your .rpy files so you can find the backup.
In the future, don't delete your projects when done with them...you might need to do edits and bug fixes. Also, even though Ren'py does automatic backups, you should also regularly backup all of your dat

*Last Thing Done (Aug 17): Finished coding emotions and camera for 4/10 main labels.
*Currently Doing: Coding of emotions and camera for the labels--On 5/10
*First Next thing to do: Code in all CG and special animation stuff
*Next Next thing to do: Set up film animation
