I fixed the changelog, merged updates to the Arabic, Indonesian, and Russian translations, and fixed an issue that was causing 1px overlaps or lines when the screen was scaled. I'm thinking this is very close to done, but if people would give it a once-over and let me know, I'd appreciate it.
