how to create a battle framework like this or codes like those? iwas searching for a 1v1 battle frame work the problem is i dont know how sorry for asking this much but can you please help me?

The link no longer works. However, the person who created it still checks LSF.
So your options are:
1) Message the person who made the engine and see if they will give you the code...but note that gore is two years old and might not work without updating.
2) Use one of the other Battle Systems in the Cookbook section
3) Learn to make a battle system of your own (this will involve learning Python)
4) Hiring a programmer to make a battle system for you (advertise in the Recruitment section)
