Why do my colors stay the same?

As you can see, I've changed the colours, and yet they are the same orange for each character still in the game. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

I believe you are looking for who_color and not color. :)

I believe you are looking for who_color and not color. :)
Not sure that's the only problem here. I think that color names in hexadecimal should begin with # like color = "#0033CC"
