How do I make my "stats" appear?

#1 Post by Gustavs14 »

Let's say I have a game and the characther goes to the gym. After the gym, he says "bla bla bla, that was a good workout" - strength + 1. Now, right now, I assume it would show nothing on the screen, right?

So, If I have 0/10 strength, for example, and if I wanted this progress to be seen on screen, I would need 10 separate images which would be like 1/10, 2/10, 3/10 and update as the game goes on, right?

Did I get this right or does this work differently?

Thanks!

You want screen language.
You want to create a screen and to put a bar on that screen. Then just show the screen.
