effect in a decision

Hello, I wanted to know if it is possible to make an effect as in life is strange in a decision

You'd need to be more specific. Do you want the choice selection screen, or do you want the flickering background sound effect?

Make a new thread asking about how you can get a flickering background like the one you just saw. I haven't used those features so I can't say but hopefully another person can :)
