Can you show the full error message, please? Also, look in renpy-whatever/tmp/gamename/ for the android.txt file, which might have more info in it.

Hm... the only thing to check is maybe the location of Ren'Py. Windows has an absurdly short limit on path names - so if it's too short, you might run into problems.

The configuration? Do you have a project selected?

You need a 32bit version of the java development kit.
Go to http://oracle.com/technetwork/java/java ... 33151.html

Accept the license agreement (after reading it!) and then download a 32bit version for your OS (x86)
Try to install that to proceed. The file should be around 200Mb if you use Windows.

If this fails, I cannot remember what to do next.
Warning: May contain trace amounts of gratuitous plot.
pro·gram·mer (noun) An organism capable of converting caffeine into code.

Todo list:
Actually finish a project

I DO have a 32bit JDK.Yet, i tried to download it once more because i wasn't sure whether it was x86 or not.I tried so many times,And it just won't download!Maybe i should check if there is any problem with my Download Manager first!Anyway, thank you.
