Side image moves textbox, please help!

I'm really new to this and don't know what to do. I thought I did everything right, but when I added a side image the text went to align to the left side of the screen. Before I had the side image it didn't have a problem at all.

Can someone please help me fix this? I would love to have a functioning menu ^////^;
