[Solved]Dialogue Window Covering Images

[Solved]Dialogue Window Covering Images

Hey guys i'm pretty new here.
In the game i'm making I have character busts speaking on the bottom right and left whenever dialogue happens, however the dialogue window (not the text area) extends over the images! It's opacity isn't 100% so it's not fully covering the images but it darkens them quite a bit. I tried to use layer positions to get the images on the closest possible level to the user but that doesn't work. I need help.

Are you placing the images there using code (i.e. show bust_left.png) or are you using the built-in side image system?

Thanks for your help but I tried working with the side images, changing the ones I have to be side images as well as just having normal ones too they all just stay behind that dialogue window. When i tried implementing that "eileen concerned" example I got an error page.

Okay, I played around with it for a bit longer and I was able to get an image to appear where I wanted to thanks, I might have to change up some code but i'll figure it out, thanks a lot!
