I've been encountering a problem with the save system for a while in the game I'm currently working on.
Any save state made beyond a certain point will, when loaded, return to that point.
I'm using Mole-chan's ADYA Overworld Engine 1.0 and save states keep loading at a particular stage's spawn point even if the save state was made outside of the engine's use, like in a more conventional visual novelly portion of the game. Save states made prior to this particular stage work normally.
I've tried to find the source of the bug for a while but no avail. There isn't a traceback I can show since it isn't crashing the game.
The Ren'Py build I've been using is a tad old: 6.99.9.1168
Does anyone have an idea as to what is causing this?
