Could not find return label?

#1 Post by miep123 »

I tried to load my project, but the following error message showed up:

File "renpy/commom/00start.rpy", line 120, in script
return
Exception: Could not find return label (u'C:\\Users\\name\\Documents\\Novel/game/script.rpy', 1512544325, 0).

I haven't changed anything in the "00start.rpy" script, and everything worked perfectly fine until yesterday.

close all of it and reopen it? I get that sometimes when I'm reloading and editing a lot and closing the game usually gets rid of the error

If it's a reload from the text that you changed it won't find it sometimes. You just have to rollback until it goes into a message that wasn't changed in the reload.
