Horizontal Main Menu Buttons?

I'm really sorry if this has been answered or I'm just not looking in the right places, but everything I've found is too outdated. Bascially, all I want to do is lay the main menu buttons out horizontally, instead of how they regularly stack vertically. I feel so dumb for not being able to figure this out. Any help is appreciated!

Open sceens.rpy, find screen navigation, replace first vbox with hbox

BAM! Instant horisontal buttons.

Thanks! I'm almost where I need it to be. The spacing is not even between options (I can't add an image at the moment, but preferences is encroaching on help while the rest are nicely spaced), and I feel like I'm pulling my hair out trying to solve it. Any suggestions?
