APK and Play Store
So I have a mod for DDLC that I want to put only on my phone and not on the play store. Can you make an APK without it going on the play store and if so how do I do it?

Yes, you can. You need to enable 3rd party APK omn your phone.

Note that DDLC will not export to android without modifying the base game - which has explicitly been denied by the developer.
