Sorry for the odd question, this is kind of a weird way to phrase this.
So basically when I make something like a character slide into place and you're going through text. Even if your character is still in the process of moving, if you click the next button the character will suddenly snap into position rather than having them still keep moving.
I want the characters to keep moving even when the reader is going through text. How would I do that?

The new transition dict introduced in renpy 7 (see the changelog) do exactly that.

You can also use simple ATL
