Movie sprite

Hello, How are you today ?
I'm new here so sorry in advance if my question looks like stupid and I'm a french person with not very good english so also sorry if my way of talking is strange .

I find that we can use live 2D in ren'py games if we use webm ( viewtopic.php?t=36951).
At beginning of 2016, PyTom explain that they create this "capacity" but just for destop for the moment.
But I didn't find news on since, so my question is :
Are webm movie sprites now availables for android/ios games ?
And if it's better to use webm or ATL for this platforms ? ( because play store accept only 2 APK of 2go and a mobile hasn't lot space and web-m look like heavy).

Asked around for you and yes apparently movie sprites work on mobile platforms, at least on android.

I was under the impression that any movie displayable, on Android, could only be shown in fullscreen (thereby making it the only thing on screen)

Thank you for your help .
It works with the emulator of ren'py so it's a good point.
But I hope there won't be a problem when I will place the game on a mobile.
I will make tests.
