How to adjust the menu on the textbox?

I know this is probably one of those newbie questions. I fished around for a bit to see how to adjust this. But the answers I found to this question are old, and the links lead nowhere. Or don't answer the question x.x

But yeah where do I go to adjust the menu on the dialogue/text box in game? (Since I want to move that menu over to the side of the dialogue box instead of the bottom.)

screen.rpy
In the script file, you find the screen with the buttons and configure it

I think you are talking about the quick menu?
Its in screens.rpy, find "screen quick_menu" and adjust the position of the hbox. To align the buttons vertically, just change the hbox to vbox
