Changing menu during the game?

Hi, I want to change my main menu when I advance in the game. Something like the Katawa Shoujo's menu when you unlock a new chapter... I have no idea to do something like that.

When you unlock a new chapter in Katawa Shoujo in the manu appears a new image of the girl and the chapter:


I'd want to change the menu music when you arrive to a concrete part of the story
I tried many things but none worked... if you know please tell me
