Which type of coding can work with Renpy in this case?

I wanted to make special extra chapters for my Android game.
Like, you would receive a notification on your phone with a message saying something like "New extra chapter". And when the person clicked the notification, this chapter would open.
For example, let's just say I want the person to receive the notification on October 19 at 18 o' clock.
I would program this code to send the notification at this hour.
I tried a few things here but nothing worked.
So I was wondering, which type of code I should try to use? Im' not really sure about what would work with Renpy.
