I create a game for screens 1920x1080. The problem is that when you start the game on the left and on the right there are black bars, how to make a full size without stripes?

Are your images 1920*1080 and covering the whole game window?

In that case what size is your monitor?
Is it 16:9 or the more common gaming resolution of 16:10?
Do the black bar appear in windowed mode, or fullscreen?
I cannot think of any other reason a new renpy game would have cropped itself
