Menu Buttons Still Scaled

#1 Post by sicklesium »

Hello, I tried replacing my images with custom ones for the choice menu, but no matter what I do, I cannot get the images to not be scaled. I tried following viewtopic.php?t=43898, but it still won't scale the height. I only managed to change the width by matching the default image's width - but I can't do that with the height.

Image

Code: Select all

define gui.choice_button_height = 95
* No matter what I change the number to, the menu buttons don't change.

Image

Is there any way to display it correctly? Thank you!

That's strange. Changing the value for gui.choice_button_height should change how the height of the image is shown.

Could you have some script latter that overrides the setting you make in gui.rpy? Maybe in screens.rpy?

You could test by making a new project, change the button image there and test different height settings. If it works in the test project that would add strength to my hypothesis.
