[SOLVED] Building Dists for Markets in 7.1.3 means I no longer need to insert additional Steam libraries?

I just want to clarify that one no longer needs a separate link of Steam libraries from Tom to build a Steam distribution using the latest Renpy. Will "building distributions for markets" automatically do that? (The game contains achievements, not sure if they'll work without additional libraries?)

Edited in case anybody has the same question, as per Tom's instructions, one should still use the private link and rebuild it with the libraries just in case.
