Cant run neither Renpy nor Renpy games

Hello.
Im having this issue for 8 months and dont know what to do.

I've changed my Win7 to Win10 and everything connected with Renpy stopped working.

I tried to update Dx, microsoft visual, audio/video drivers.
Tried to put Renpy directory in different forders
Even tried to create PATH for the renpy.
I installed python and reinstalled Renpy
But it lokks like my Win cant see that i HAVE renpy on me PC

Cos in log i see this:
Importing _renpysteam: ImportError('No module named _renpysteam',)

I try to run app, it flashes in the task manager and then disappear.
Russian forums didnt help me at all, nothing changed.

So, to sum up. I can run nothing based on RenPy tech.

Can you please help me find the solution?

That's normal, don't care about that.

Nothing, actually. There no way I can choose "software rendering". I found some guides for Linux, but not for Win.
What should happen if I open app holding shift?

(I also tried to change compatibility, nothing)
(and updated Python to the oldest version and added PATH to it)

I realise , that the easiest way is to reinstall Win, but... idk, i want to find another way.

I tried to run Everlasting Summer as a steam one, but it didnt work too.
So i have issue with the steam and non-steam games

I dont think that this one gonna help me... cos I've seen a topic, created year ago with the same problem and "renpy master" said that the only ploblem could be the drivers or smth.

The only thing that can probable help me is the "Dealing With Display Problems"
But nothing happens when I'm trying to open renpy holding shift. Also i didnt find anything that can change my graphic acceleration as i have radeon 7800 and fx-4130( no graphic core). The only option avaliable is to shut down my videocard.

Set this to False to disable OpenGL acceleration. OpenGL acceleration will automatically be disabled if it's determined that the system cannot support it, so it usually isn't necessary to set this.

OpenGL can also be disabled by holding down shift at startup.

BTW: Your problem seems to be a common MS-Windows problem not related to Ren'Py:

So, here is the progress!
I just restarted my PC in safe mod and it's working! BTW there is still nothing with normal settings, so it might be some services or autorun processes.
Any ideas what can I clean in my system right now?
Cos its not the problem with Dx, openGL and etc, i guess

Oh, maybe safe mode uses another way or graphic rendering...?
