Well actually, Renpy can be only used in Windows, Linux, or even in Mac. I dont think that is possible.

You can just use Notepad to make codes, like "i.e.txt" then rename it back to "rpy."

The launcher won't work on Android and would require significant work to make it do so.

.rpy files are plain text files that can be edited in any text editor. Notepad will recognise them as.txt files.

You can use an Android app text editor to write your code if desired (I do), but be cautious about carriage returns. Android, Linux and Windows all use different standards and may cause complications when editing a single file with multiple carriage return styles.
