So I decided I'd try to be fancy, and now I'm stuck. >.>
I have a background that comes in three layers, sky, clouds and mountains. I want the cloud layer to scroll horizontally while the sky and mountains remain fixed.
Initially, I tried using im.Composite, but then I couldn't get the cloud layer in the middle to scroll.
And then I tried using overlays, but that put all the images above the sprites and textbox. Is there a way to make the overlays go behind the sprites and text box? Or perhaps a more elegant solution than this method that I might employ?
