Opening an txt file

#1 Post by isobellesophia »

Hello, i had a another quick question.

Is it possible to open a txt file while you are playing the game?

(Not an DDLC reference, its different.)

So that the player can be cautious regardless to the game events.

Thanks for who can help.
I am a friendly user, please respect and have a good day.

If you're trying to give a message to the player, you can just put the text in a screen and show the screen during gameplay. Yes, you can open an external .txt file but I don't think there is any reason why you'd need to and it's not going to work in the way you want so just give the users any information they need in a screen inside your game.
