How to capitalize a character name tag?

This is probably really obvious, but I'm trying to capitalize a character name in the text.

m "Name, what're you doing? NAME!"

Unfortunately, using [n!u] doesn't work unless n is a variable. I know I could define n as a variable instead of just a character from the beginning but I was wondering if there was a native, simpler way.

Thanks.

Assuming n is the defined character, [n.name!u].
